EVC or Electronic Valve Controller...

Its a boost controller, kind of like a fancy bleed valve.

Allows you to control the boost from the cockpit. Also has a learning feature that analyses the boost curve of your car to provide smoother boost.

FYI - if the 2 air filters get clogged up with oil you can order replacement filters from TDI on 0208 591 0442. Just ordered mine for delivery tomorrow.
