downpipe + up pipe blowing

downpipe + up pipe blowing
Hi guys after a bit of advise. My downpipe and up pipe are both pretty rusty and appear to be blowing . Can I replace them with after market ones with a decat without any problems. Car is a 1995 wrx import.
