Just Had a blazing row with Direct line over their Rescue Service. Supposedly you are supposed to get a 10% discount if you do not call them out during the year. Mine goes up by £16.... Work that one out!!
They have just lost my insurance premium and now my rescue cover. Can anyone recommend a good rescue cover God Forbid my scooby gets sick while I'm out on the road.
