Looking at getting my car mapped soon I'm going to purchase a 3 port boost solonied and uprated fuel pump before hand to go with my uprated panel filter and I'm just wondering is my prodrive back box going to restrict the numbers/performance or no? I'm going to keep my prodrive downpipe on advice from members on here and I have changed the centre pipe already. If yes what back box can anyone suggest (nothing that's going to make my ears bleed) or should I just keep the prodrive back box I have? Thanks in advance.

 

Stick with the standard Prodrive box, they are good for general driving but when giving it the beans they do sound better than the standard silencer.

You could also look for a Milltek silencer as they are a little louder than the Prodrive,or if you really want to push the boat out I would recommend an STi Genome silencer.

The Genome is quite rare (I have had two) but they are brilliant quality and give the best sound, a nice rumble around town but they sound exceptional when the car is being driven harder.
