I am just about to carry out a bit of a suspension refresh and thought it would be a good time to get some of the bushes replaced so I will be changing over to coil overs and will be fitting a whiteline ALK with new droplinks on the front. On the rear I was thinking about poly bush's for the control arms and the trailing arms but I was wondering what other people had/have fitted? has there been any considerable increase in NVH with certain bushes?

So far I have looked on the powerflex website which have totaled £195 for the bushes mentioned whereas polybush have quated £232 any noticeable difference in quality with these or ease of fitting that would justify the extra cost?

Any help or other alternatives would be very much appreciated
