Default Setting Up A Greddy Profec B Spec 2 Boost Controller

Hi All,

Just trying to set up a boost controller (As above) but I seem to be struggling, if anyone can help I would be most appreciative...

Vacuum piping is set up as per below diagram.

The problem I am having is no matter how much I fiddle with the boost controller not much seems to change? wastegate seems to open at the same point every time? which I believe is the spring pressure, so it seems like the boost solenoid or controller isnt doing its job? any ideas anyone?

Have you blanked off the pipe that goes to the standard solenoid?

What do you mean by standard solenoid? do you mean the original 2 port? if so then yes it has no pipes going to it

What boost settings are you running High and Low mode? Hoping you still have boost controller. I have added a TD06 and gone with catless uppipe to turbo. Having licks trying to tune Greddy!
Any help would be appreciated.

I am thinking to go back to standard controller if I don't get it tuned soon.
Very frustrating.

needs mapping properly if you've changed the turbo.

External boost controllers on a impreza are pointless, standard ecu is mroe than capable untill you need to go aftermarket ecu then that will have an inbuilt one as well
