I'm just wondering is there a way how I can remove the middle heater vents in my 04 plate wrx sti.

 

Yes, on the earlier Newage models you pop open the cup holder and you will see two screws there. Remove the screws and you can take out the cup holder and then the heater vent assembly can be just pulled out.
