Well, I've quoted you the 2011 figure Google and find the figurtes for the last 40 years..it's way over a $trillion.
Where has it gone? What has it done? Are they still breeding as fast? Are fewer dieing? Do any of their leaders have gold-plated Rollers?

If we continue, they will drag us down to their level. We need to let Mother Nature take her course.....sorry, cruel but true. The developed world DO NOT breed when there are no resources. WHY do these people?

It is their own fault, they keep knocking out families of five or six which they can't bloody feed, just whose fault is that other than their own? is it ours?

 

By taking money that countries can't afford to give, whilst doing NOTHING for themselves? You know, a bit like now, when the UK can't afford care for it's elderly, but still throws money at Africa?

Its a harsh reality David. Would I like the world to be happy and rosey and full of love and flowers? Yes, of course I would. Am I naive enough to think that we can pull them up to anything like that level, or even to be able to eat and drink clean water, no Im not.

There's huge amount of water under the desert, more than possible for them to eat and drink clean water!

Well I can't speak for the others but here are some starting points. Some are realistic and some require a bit of backbone. Many of them would be managed by UN and African groups.

Corruption. Identify the banks that are transferring money from Africa to overseas destinations and stop this happening. Banks that ignored this rule to be shut down. Assets held overseas in large amounts to be declared by banks and returned to country of origin. Jail for the bankers who ignored this rule.

Electric Power. One thing Africa has in plenty is sunshine so use solar technology, which is much cheaper now, to provide power to villages for light, refrigeration for foodstuffs, medicines, communication, as a power source for waterl pumps and as a means of powering educational videos and the internet.

Foreign Investment. Stop foreign "investors" raping the wealth of African countries. It seems to be China's turn at the moment. UN to come up with a blueprint for investors which ensure that country's get their fair share of profits.

Technology Transfer. Much more emphasis on this. Africans are bright and will soon pick-up ideas given the chance.

Contraception. For starters lean on the catholic church to relax their views. The new pope may support this.


The above would help a bit IMHO.

Now what is your take Alcazar, you are an intelligent chap or do you think that letting them all die off is the only way?

Two questions, two simple answers will see you outed.

 

First you'd have to get at the corruption in the UN, then at the corruption in the countries giving the money...you'd be miurdered before you got even one tenth of the way.

why should we help them when they dont really help themselves?

in a way they are a sub-race (its nothing to do with skin colour before you start crying about that)

until they realise that they can help themselves then yes i would say they are a sub race-as harsh as it sounds.

whats stopping them from getting together and talking about the out of control breeding and trying to come up with a solution?

i cant imagine what its like to live without food/clean water but if i was in that situation the last thing on my mind would be getting my mrs knocked up again.

children shouldnt be bought into a world of poverty regardless of where in the world they are-its simply not fair.

It’s not just an African problem, it's a worldwide problem, people think they have, excuse the pun, a god given right to have children. The human race continues to grow unabated, but nobody wants to talk about controlling it. The only outcome will be a shortage of resources, i.e. food and the inevitable wars that follow it.

 

Education and contraception would probably do it.

Yes all the morons in our country are firing out kids they can't afford perhaps we should ask Africa to sponsor them?

I wonder how much of the donated money gets to where it's intended and how many people get rich along the way?
