We're in the middle of the drawings stage with our architect - knocking the existing kitchen/family room, office and utility into one big room (also have a separate lounge at the other end of the house), and building a larger office and utility on the side of the house at the back.
I've had to buy a bit of my neighbours garden (he has about 4 acres of garden..!) and have a big yew tree to take down.
Can't wait to get started.
