Im only on 6% because I keep going on joyrides

 

I'm up to 14% and that's high for me in a game I just can't concentrate on doing missions when there is so much to do driving around the map and car jacking all the best cars in the game. I haven't even started with the stock market yet.

 

Phew just completed the story missions with 73% in the game. Got a nice $30million on each character now

If only I'd saved the lester missions until last as id of made a bloody fortune on the stock market.

I'm on about 45% , but keep nicking the military fighter jet and joy riding the sky , but make sure you don't eject at 14000 ft without a chute only certain death awaits you and a $5000 bill from the hospital .

 

Just buy a decent console.

Don't think many ppl actually got to play online, major issues from rockstar servers i read, I got to the intro and it just kept disconnecting.

Finally got online last night, 6 created characters and an hour and half later. (Xbox live)

When it worked it was great. When it didn't my blood pressure went through the roof.

Was not to bad, great game play and some of the missions were a bit hit and miss. Did have one really frustrating moment where I lost the cops and every other car on the map disappeared.

Will try it online again later.

 

I set up my character (well , after 10 mins of resemblance to father/mother jibberish I did a randomised one) sat through all the intro and titles , stepped into a car (for a race I think) , entered a confusing online lobby that froze , so signed out (saves reseting console) signed back in , sat for 5 mins of loading career mode to find it was as a fresh start at the bank .

Just turned it off then.

Edit- just read the link in Fleetsters post , lookz like I've lost my progress in career mode and am at square 1 .

 

Managed to get to level 6 on online yesterday, it is fun robbing shops and so forth but it gets really annoying where every other person is just trying to kill you all the time.

 

Same as FIFA online , everyone is a wannabe striker even if they are a defender , or its people scoring own goals etc. Not sure why some even bother playing.

 

Haven't even bothered with the online yet.

Since to do heists and stuff, you need to be in a crew, then I'm assuming I'd need a headset thing to communicate with other members? Well I haven't got one.

 

That sucks mate!!! Dont think im going to even try to get online until these biugs are fixed, is there no way of getting the data back?

 

Last night while driving about there was a random dude tied to a lamp-post, so i went up to him and it went in to auto mode and untied him, then he asked for a lift to his house so he could get to his wedding, he had been tied up on his stag night lol.... so he got in my car and it showed up on the map where his house was. So....................... i drove the car in to the nearst river and drowned him  ....... always happy to help!!!!

 

hahaha I chased down a mugger last night and retrieved a wallet for somebody, thinking I would get rewarded I returned it to the waiting owner.........he just said thanks and walked off so I ran him over in my stolen big rig and when he stood up I knocked him out...........ungrateful ****

 

Im 74% at the moment, cracking game but im steaming that online isnt working still, grrrr! Come on RockStar I want to hook up with my mates and do a drive by in a bin lorry.

 

To get online at the mo you need a friend who can access it online without problems and get them to send you a game invite! It may glitch a few times but 2-3 attempts maybe and it lets you join/bypass the first race mission and go online but with so say a temp character but I have been leveling up and somehow it's been saving the progress!!
