any other quick ways of getting money? so far im doing the missions but i still only have a three figure bank balance!

 

Not to far in you will do a mission where you rob a jewellery store. Easy mission and gets you some cash, franklin gets 250K and Michael gets 700K.

Anybody else noticed there are a couple of missions like films lethal weapon and James Bond lol

 

its one of the pap missions, Beverly.

 

I have made a fortune using heist earnings on the stock market during certain missions and making a killing selling off the shares. You will get stock TIPS from Lester and if you invest with all three members cash and selling off once the share value starts to drop off.


Currently @ 50% complete and each member has 5-6 million.


There is hidden treasure scattered around in the ocean that rewards you with large cash and there is also quick cash chopshops where you can sell high end cars

Just got into a fighter jet , tried out all the buttons to see what it did , accidentally exited at about 200 feet :-D

I only went near the front gate and was confronted by a group of angry soldiers.

 

Smash through , turn right , then left and they are there on your right....jump onto one of the wings and get in.......quickly
The tanks will blow you to bits ....took me 3 or 4 attempts

 

Take a long runup along the bridge and smash through the barrier , take a left , then a right , when u reach the runway head to the hangers on the right . Park your vehicle near the front of the jet at the side so you get out right at the cockpit as you get shot at alot !

 

Yep just been in there. Had to collect the army cargo chopper for a mission.

Portola Drive. Facing the road at Michael's driveway, turn right and follow the road down. It spawns outside a posh looking shop on the right hand side.

Keep trying where I said, during the day. GTA 5 appears to be similar to older ones, in that you have to be in a fairly decent car for good ones to spawn.

 

Yep, I've noticed that, it's something that all GTAs have done. What car you're in at the time kind of dictates what cars spawn on the street or are driven around you and certain cars will only spawn in certain areas.

 

Got it the end, didn't matter what i was in though, had to do another mission before it spawned.

 

How far in do you have to be before you get a garage? I started last night, did a couple of missions before spending the rest of the night driving around the city finding nice cars and going on the cable car and riding one of the dirt bikes at the top of the mountain back to my safe house and squeezing it in the garage with a car. I left a very nice white convertible parked in a space in the cable car car park but when I went back it was gone.

I've only done 30% of GTA IV but not sure I will go back to it after playing this.

Oh and anyone else using the ipad app? The zoomable map is very good.

 

I can't believe they killed off a character from GTA IV so quickly, unless I'm remembering the name wrong?

 

Get franklin to buy Los santos customs then all his mods will be free from there
