just hope you won't need their customer services, they are in india and the staff just read from a script, and i couldn't understand what they were saying.
i had 11 months left on a contract and asked for a new phone number (was gonna give the phone to my son ((was my work phone and didn't want people phoning my son asking for quotes for electrical work ))and me get a new phone with vodafone). the week after i got a letter saying i had terminated my contract and owed them nearly £300 to pay up the contract. i went into their shop in meadowhall and was told 'you spoke to customer services and they terminated your contract, you need to sort it out with them, not us'!!!
at that point i was shouting and swearing and was asked to leave (at least 5 people in the shop heard my story and turned around and left the shop!)
if 'three' was the only mobile phone network, i'd go out and buy myself a ******* pigeon

£46/mth tariff, dog's b's phone, it goes wrong and it's "we have to send it away". I can have a loan phone - non-Smart mind - and to really rub it in they demand a £25 deposit. Fortunately I still had my old phone.
Circuit board replaced, still intermittent problems, and the same old 'send it away, loan phone' crap.
My daughter's knackered her i-phone from Orange twice, and it's been a 24-hour replacement service, delivered to the door.
