8 year old among the dead.

Very much doubt its a lone nutter. Two shaped charges need cooperation to make and set.

Sky news showing still right now of second explosion. In the background you can see smoke from the first, looks like same side though.
Another explosion at a Library apparently. 5 miles away.
Apparently this was a mock controlled explosion set up by the FBI, dont hear the news talking about that do you?

Deja vu anyone with the London bombings and the mock terror attack they were doing on the same morning?

Cool

It's unusual for responsibility not be claimed quickly, so I hope this isn't the work of some nutter who just thought it woud be a 'good' thing to do, as it were.

On the flip side, nutters tend not to be as thorough as terrorist groups, so maybe easier to find and prevent a recurrence.

Some shocking images from the scene, I dread to think what it was like there immediately afterwards.

My thoughts go out to all those dead or injured. Just to put it in perspective though. More people are called by guns in America every day but no one is bothered about that

Terrible incident, the deaths are tragic and a sad indication of how people disregard life.

But I still wonder how much money was collected in Boston for the the IRA's arms and bomb supplies in the 70' and 80's that killed innocent British citizens and soldiers.

Find it quite amazing that after running a marathon, the first thing a lot of them did was run to the hospital to give blood. Amazing compared to the cowardly ***** that did it whoever they are.

How many innocent Irish died at the hands of the British? There's always two sides to a story. It's not as though we were totally faultless through all of it.

Given most of them particulary<(sp?) in the Boston area are Irish (or at least of Irish descent) they were hardly going to...

Jesus!!

In true American stylee we have already found out who the guilty party is and sent them straight to Kangaroo court.

Personally I don't think it is those 'pesky' Muslims or Brainwashed Koreans, I get the feeling the culprit's closer to home this time. probably some disgruntled Yank with a bee in his bonnet about something.

Bombs filled with nails and ball bearings to rip apart innocent people, sums up the type of person/people/group you are dealing about..

On another note i found it disguisting how many people opted to video it and the injured people lying there literally 10 to 20 feet away from them rather than dropping the camera or phone and going to help.

Tactical error if it was a terrorist group. Bombing planes to put people off flying will disrupt economies and help achieve their aims. Putting people off of participating in what is essentially a leisure activity would be a waste of their resources IMO.

I too was thinking it would be correct to ask NORAID for a comment on the idea of blowing civilians to smithereens..

Was thinking the same thing, don't want to score points but at least they now know what it is like to see someone stand innocently on the pavement and be blown to bits for f-ck all, especially kids. how much blood money did they raise and how many Manchester style bombs did it buy? Very sad.

I am sure there are a lot of organisations who could well carry out such an atrocity. I hope they catch those responsible anyway.

When i first read about it when it happened the news was that the FBI bomb squad was carrying out a controlled explosion at the library now they are saying it was an electrical fire, very strange indeed.
