Have to agree the car is simply quality, and had I not started to get my parts already I would of saved myself loads of money and just simply bought this one. It's to nice to brake apart that has to be your last resort anyway good luck with the sale Steve.SJ.

Laugh if you want I turned 17k down last week. I am not giving it away and am sick of daft offers. I could have sold it 3 times over at 15k, quite capable of breaking it if needed and already have a buyer for the long engine lined up. As I said above, for those who keep offering me 13k they are better off building a 2.35 themselves.

Steve I wasn't having a pop, as per PM I was interested purely for my passion to want to own a 2.35 track going road car. I'd imagine it is worth the money your asking, but I can't justify spending 18k right now

I wish you all best, and I do hope it's not split, but then needs must now and then.

I know mate, hope my reply didnt read badly, its not like I'm on the bread line just be nice to move it. Like I said theres a lot of parts on the car less than 6 months old so I know how much its worth in parts alone.

I also have 5 x OZ p1 WRC wheels which I will throw in with the sale. No tyres but all 5 have never been on the car and have been recently powdercoated satin black so are absolutely min. Ideal as spare track wheels.

I wouldn't dispute the build cost, but when I arranged £15k that wasn't easily got in my current financial position, to find the price increase by £3k it put my nose out of joint. If Steve's been offered £17k a few times I'm surprised to see it still here at £17.5k!

I'd love this, and it would be a pleasure to own. The new owner would be getting a cracking car.

Theres nothing fishy, its simple, if you dont wanna pay the asking price don't insult me. There's nothing wrong with the car, and i'll keep on enjoying it and driving it until someone wants it. I haven't even advertised it beyond here. If you think its expensive go and price a 2.35 up alone with this spec. People aint gonna get it for peanuts.
