gonna keep my classic, get the wheels painted white and skirts/splitter colour coded.

The fact that the current owner doesn't know if it's had a remap or not would be enough on it's own for me to walk away!

Lets get this straight, you want to swap the best looking impreza for the worst looking.

The newer car has the same miles, which means, on average, its been driven more with each year of ownership than your current car.

You know your current car and what's its been through, you cant say the same for the bug

There's little to no performance difference

There's little to no difference in fuel economy

Little to no difference in insurance.

So why is this even being considered. If you had said blob I'd be able to see your point (so long as everything added up).

And yours looks a nice clean car, if the bug was an STI then yes, but i think you wouldn't be getting a better car.
