As this chap cannot even be bothered to reply to my messages it has now been escalated to a claim which will hopefully have his paypal account suspended/closed.

Pm'd the buyer. Inbox was full so i didnt get the messages. Label on the package was damaged so couldnt be delivered. should with with you today.

No a criminal or a scam at all, Genuine mistake. Was only aware of it after the giuy contacted me on SS.net.

made changes so i get notifications to my work email and also set up with my work courier so i get full tracking and lower postage costs.

Partial refund also offered to the buyer due to the inconveniance

 

Car is now sold and the list of parts updates with what i have left.
