Terrible news and we are all sorry for your loss.
Take some consolation in the fact that was respected by a large part of the UK (and international) Subaru community and will leave a legacy many would aspire to.
RIP Harvey Smith.

RIP Harvey
Such sad news bought a few bits and pieces from him over the years and he was a perfect gent in every instance. Will be sadly missed for sure on here as he also freely shared his vast knowledge with us all.

Very sorry to hear this Dawn.
I only spoke to Harvey a few times, but he came across as a nice guy who invested a huge amount of time and effort into the Subaru community . I always respected his opinion implicitly. He'll be missed by many many people which most of us couldn't say about ourselves.
Be strong

I am so incredibly sad: one of the true greats of the Scooby tuning world has passed from us.
Harvey was an incredible person, he was honest, forthright and true, and generous to a fault.
It is through him that I'm still driving a Scoob and one tuned beautifully.
He will be sadly missed.
RIP mate.
My thoughts are with you, Dawn, and with Harvey.

Harvey was without doubt one of the most honest, down to earth and dignified people I have had the opportunity to speak with. He was one of the good guys and has my utmost respect as a person and car enthusiast.
My sincerest condolences to Dawn, Harvey and their families.
Rest in peace Harvey Smith M.B.E.

Awful news, particularly after him being so positive having beaten his last illness.
RIP Harvey Smith, a name that will always be synonymous with rapid wagons, ported headers and trick up-pipes
Best wishes to you and yours Dawn.
