I mean't park on a road just outside and walk into the main carpark where the 300 or so will be parked. Is that allowed

If anyone on the main list tells us they can no longer make it, the space will go to the highest person on the reserves list - a few have been allocated like this already.
The deadline for people on the main list to pay is 12th August. Once that date passes, any unpaid places will be allocated to the reserves.
Currently around 70 places have not been paid for - so there is every hope for those on the reserves list. You know what people are like when it comes to getting their money out!

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Prodrive have asked us to say that NO DOGS will be allowed on site during this event.
Sorry about this, but the nature of the event and the layout of Prodrive's site (lake, river, cattle, motorway) make it impractical.
With over 3 weeks still to go, hopefully alternative arrangements can be made for your pets...
