I couldn't give a monkeys if two old bin dippers with the benefit of 29 slow motion replays that the ref and linesman don't have as well as the sort of crossed eye sepia tinted vision that seems to be a common mutation in Loserpool supporters thought that it maybe was offside.

Once a goal has been given then thats it- its a goal- the rest is history (just like your club).

Happy with the result and the first half performance, a bit gutted as I had a couple of quid on RVP to score first and United to win 3-1 @ 50/1

Gerrard doesn't look half the player he was, old age or the new system ? probably a bit of both but he has had a quiet season and looked quiet again yesterday.

Just werent good enough , didnt play at all in the first half

Allen was terrible , Sterling was poor . so was Johnson at LB , wisdom struggled a bit also

Didnt change until Sturridge came on ..

I had RVP at 3/1 to score first and Utd at 8/1 to win 2-1.

Handsome little profit there off £5

NAF, are you feeling alright??

Only Addi could use the term "honesty" to describe Suarez's diving...

Yep, his manager is well impressed, especially as he defended him so strongly at the time.

I'm really suprised at Brendan's public comments about the youth players in Sundays side after the game, that should do ntheir esteem the world of good. It also struck me that he must have forgotten the team he selected because I could only see 2 inexperienced players in that side

Not many players would have finished as well from that angle.

LFC Played well though, thanks for helping out with the 20th

That was an awesome finish from that angle and still pretty close to Reina. Right foot literally no spin in the ball.

Nearly as good as Hughsey against Barca 1991 but without the same amount of venom.

Hmmm not sure on that. Sparky was further away from the bye line and well past the keeper. Check out number 3 in this vid for a tight finish:
