The old DAMD wheel.

Was never to my liking, the smaller diameter made the car feel to twitchy.
Plus it felt to thick for me.

The replacement wheel, re-trimmed with red centre and stitching.
Bad photos I'm afraid.

I'm now trying to decide if I do a brake cooling mod and fit fog surrounds.
Before.

After.

Thanks for the nice words.
I was very lucky to find one for sale last year, especially a white one.

The wheel was sold, sorry.

Thank you.
Good luck trying to find one. Wish I knew exactly how many are in the UK but I think it's 4 including mine.

Thanks, have to say it would be tough to find anything to replace it, unless it had another R at the end of its name.

I've decided to keep to the standard look and keep the fog blanks on the front. Mainly due to the fact I can't fit the ducts as I had a slight oversight regarding the position of the washer bottle for a hawk spec C (behind the passenger vent).
I could reposition it back into the engine bay but I'm not doing that to an RA so this little project is up for sale.

It's a cheaper version of the Rooducts to direct air from the front, around the front tyres and into the wheel centres. A few guys in the states use these Vette ducts to clear the tyre (the thin section) along with a hose to the centre of the disc.

Gave the Spec C RA a good polish and wax today so thought it would be rude not to post some pics.

Very nice!!

Is there only 4 Type RA Spec c in white??? Or is it it rare because its a Type RA Spec C instead of a normal Spec C if there such a thing????? Confusing I know(well for me it is)!!!

Im looking for a white Hawk Spec C at the moment, but if there is only 4 or so of them in the UK, then I have no chance of finding one!!! and to be honest its very rare that you see one for sale, seen a couple of blue Spec C's for sale recently but would love a white Hawk Spec C!!

There are only a handful of Hawk RA's in the country. One white one is now Matt black, one written off I believe so its this one and another.
