For the record though; that was your suggestion!
Tried 18/10 earlier, preferred 16/8 for the rough stuff, just that bit of extra give to take the worst of the rough stuff here in the SE.

Visited Api yesterday for a BC coilover install and set up and was looked after well by David and the boys as usual.
I've got the solid top mounts on the front and NVH doesn't seem to be noticably worse over some of the rubbish roads in SE london! That's impressive!

Are these settings clicks from max or min?
I run 8 clicks from min rear, and 10 from min front.
ie, softer at the rear by 2 clicks.
Confused?

Hmmmmm , Lets see where the recommendation for 16 front 8 rear came from ??? Was it me? I think maybe it was.
Thanks for your custom Paul, glad to know it is doing what I said it would.
Good luck, let me know optimum final setting, so I can eventually claim that as mine too.

I found that a little hard and so have migrated to 16/8 but might reduce further to 12/6.

regards David
PS, you were concerned about the one corner that you meet frequently if l recall, where it crashed on the bump stops? Hence the higher setting offered.
Try to keep the front relatively hard compared to the rear as the weight and weight transfer are controlled mostly by the front. The rear is where the comfort comes from as it controls the fore and aft pitch and thus the hopping sensation when going over ripples.
