Don`t worry, there is none of that. More names go down the more space I`ll ask for. Last cut off is usually the Friday before as thats when the guys go down and mark up the stands.

Ours will be quite large as we`ve 3 clubs on one stand (which we may get spit up), as its SWS my mates and a club I set up a few years ago.

To give you a background on the club, I was South Wales Area Rep for VVOC (Vectra Owners Club) and at shows we were told by Admin no non Vectras allowed on the club stand, so I set up a non make specific club so that any members friends or members without Vectras could come too, as I`d be sorting out the two stands as one. This worked well as we`d have Fiestas, Sierra Cosworths, Pulsar GTiR`s, Escort RS Troubles etc etc etc, so made a nice day/weekend away.

Since I`m no longer associated with VVOC I like to keep in with the shows and stuff so kept the club going with a few mates, so that for stuff like Singleton Show in Swansea, and Pembrey etc we could still go.
Its a small scale local thing, and the vast majority of the guys there are good mates, and a range of ages/cars/etc its a good mix, esp with the variety its not like a line of Corsa`s or line of generic cars together but a true mixture.

Reason for the name is that its nothing to do with cars so no stigma about boy racers/chavs etc, no pretence about who`s is fastest/loudest etc, and everyone loves a rubber duck!! lol.

This is the slightly annoying thing, in that we NEED to be there before 9:30am at the gate.

The rest of the people coming are meeting in Pellergaer McDonalds J47 M4 at 8ish and travelling down after a quick brekkie. So we should be there by 9 so we can set up.

Just to remind you that this is a joint stand not just a SWS stand, as we`ve best part of 30+ cars there even some from MLR lol. So please bear with us when we set up the stand as we`d like it to look neat.

I`ve asked for a stand with grass behind us, so we can pitch Gazeebo`s and put out seats etc etc.
