How much would a sports cat and cat back for a newage set me back

 

Does it go down to 2.5 to connet it to my pipe

 

Hi The sports cat is a 3inch item all the way through it does not narrow down to the 2.5 inch. you can still mate this to a 2.5 inch exhaust using the flat gasket that comes with the item

Hi, I need to get a '96 sti ra with apexi fc commander thru an emissions test, if this'll do the trick then I'll have one. need it delivered to Sweden within a week or so please...

 

Had mine fitted today and it went on no problem, very good fit.
Cant comment on noise yet as I had a 3 port fitted too and have to drive it off boost till my remap on Wednesday. Great piece of kit and great service from Japspeed thanks.

OK Wednesday has been and gone??? what's your opinion? how did the mapping go and lets see a video!!!!

 

Mapping went great. Conservatively mapped at around 355-360bhp and around 360lbft at 1.3 bar with your 100cell sports cat a Magnaflow cat back, panel filter and a Perrin 3 port. Hard to comment on noise as I did have a Blitz Nur Spec on before and the whole system now is a bit quieter than that. I do get a few nice pops and bangs now though on the overun .

No vids yet as its not stopping raining here since yesterday, but I will put one up as soon as the weathers improved.

The downpipe is a quality item that fitted perfect and at a great price you cant really argue with. No doubt its as good as many more expensive exhausts.

Before I add my name to the GB list.....can you just answer a couple of questions..?

I currently have a Blitz Nur Spec R cat back exhaust.
Will the Japspeed 100 cell down pipe mate to the Nur Spec ok?
Also, is this the only CAT in MY07 RB320 or is there one in the turbo up-pipe?

Hi,

There should be no problem this fitting as the item is designed as a direct replacement to the standard OEM part, so fitting to your nur spec will be fine!
Also yes there will be another cat in the turbo up-pipe! We do sell a turbo up-pipe I will pm you a price for both now.

Hi. I have one of this isntaled on my MY98 classic and it fits perfect,but o have one question. i had a big crash and the airbags also inflated , and as been in repair for several month, and now finally is fixed.During the repair time i instaling the sports cat and now the revs cut around 5.500 rpm.Is necessary to do a mapping?
