ive been a busy boy... ive got myself an STI TMIC, followed by this:

I also got in touch with Ian at Godspeed and uprated my brakes (thanks to mandeep for being my personal courier )

Today I finally realised my US sized plates look poo, so swapped them with my tinted set...

and then i fitted my STI fog light covers, which i had been trying to get hold of for ages!

question now is should i remove the STI decals from the covers?

next step is to save up some money for a remap, fit the VF43 and the Prodrive WR1 fuel pump donated to me by Iain...

Looks phat, I do prefer the smaller plates though. New turbo will give some nice power when all fitted and mapped

You will love your car even more once your new go faster parts are fitted

I would also remove the stickers from the covers.

right, im in a bit of a pickle regarding getting the turbo on and mapping it. everyone ive spoken to has given me different advice on who to use. the names that keep coming up are:
* fb tuning
* dynamix
* jolly green monster
* bob rawle
* zak @ mocom

ive been given different prices from each, and im quite stuck.

the story so far is: the car is running a bit poo at the moment (over fuelling/misfiring) so will need a bit of tuning up before mapping. however, its been mapped previously and may be running badly due to the previous map. theres a VF43 turbo and uprated fuel pump which need to be fitted before mapping. and last but not least, im not a millionaire.

any help/advice/recommendations greatly appreciated.

Mate in my experience honest opinion you cant go wrong with FB as he will fit it, map and not charge you the earth.

Nice looking car.

Should go well with vf43 on it.

Can organise turbo and pump fitment, collection, mapping with before and after dyno printouts, finished off on the road and returned to your drive. Or you can be more involved, bring it over to have turbo fitted and then onto dyno and road mapping and drive it home same day with a big smile however you want.

Simon
