Hi guys!
I know its and old thread but history its repeating itself i guess
I also bought from andy a prodrive backbox and he sent it to me around a month ago, but the item still hasn't arrived, becouse the courier messed up!
The address label had been torn in transit and the address unreadable. Andy sorted that out so they said it will be delivered withing 2 days...but it has been almost 14 days since that and i can't get to andy so he could make another call to the courier and ask them where is this god forsaken back box
I know andy is a good bloke! Just this is the first time i ever had an issue getting something from the UK to my country (Slovenia...and i bought and got plenty of stuff).
Can somebody help me out and contact Andy in a different way than through the forum PM??

This saga still hasn't come to an end. I paid the backbox 3 months ago i still haven't received it. Andy is really ****ty in communication.He supposably shipped the bbox 3 times now and it failed to arrive to me every single time. I simply can't believe that this is possible, especially if you use the same courier. I got tons of stuff from the UK, never a single problem.
He never gave me any proof that he actually shipped the item (i asked him at least 10 times for the consignment or tracking number...but he always ignored that).
Now i asked him to refund me, he agreed, but again, he doesnt answer my sms and its taking him a whole lot of time...again.
I paid honestly, spent money on phone to communicate with him ,waited patiently for more then 3 months, never got mad (even if i have a good enough reason) and i got nothing in return.
So from my point of view (even if you all said that he is a good bloke, but try to be in my shoes here), i have serious doubts in his honesty.
Very very disappointed.

And yet again this user proves his dishonesty.
He agreed for a refund, send the payment over paypal BUT CANCELLED IT as i wouldnt notice that!!. And again he dissapered ...no answers.
