Not sure if you recieved my pm but i was wondering if there is a noticable difference between your standard grooved disc's and the 2 piece ones, i'm talking about fast road use.

And just to confirm its £199 plus £12.50 delivery for a set of front and rear grooved disc's for the STI.

We charge £350 inc vat & P&P to you for front and rear calipers to be reconditioned , we use stainless steel pistons both front and rear , and you can have the calipers any colour you want.
The braided hose kit inc a litre of Dot 5.1 high performance fluid is £59.50.

The 2 piece discs are more suitable for hard road drivers , or those doing track days , if this isn't you , your spending 3 times the price for discs you may never see the benefits of , yes out front and rear grooved Sti discs are £199 plus £12.50 P&P

Ian, in regards to the calipers, can u do them on an exchange basis or do you need mine stripped off and sent down first?

We can offer them either way , if you want us to send calipers out first , we take a deposit of £125 for the fronts and £100 for the rears , or if you send your calipers in for us to do , there is no deposit and it takes us 2 days to do them

Hi Ian,

Could you give me a price to recondition or exchange my rear brake calipers? I have a 1998 UK Impreza Turbo.

Wouldnt mind them painted or powder coated while there being stripped down, do you also do this?

Mine are all rusted and look past it, one is seized up, ive struggled to take them off as all the bolts are well and truly rusted. I managed to get the calipers off but for the world I cant get the two bolts for the carriers to come free!

 

Ian, are your pistons self-machined stainless steel items?

 

Yes its the right number , but we had a family funeral today so we left work at 11 , I am back in as normal tomorrow from 6.30am so ring me tomorrow

We completely strip them , bead blast , prime and spray them any colour you want , and fit new stainless steel pistons , new seals and bleed nipples , we charge £150 a pair
