well to my amazement we played like Brazil and ran out 6-0 winners.Hopefully we are starting to run into some top form for the playoffs
off to York****e for the next weekend for 2 more away matches against the northerners

should be a guaranteed 6 points

at home to Wrexham tonight in the playoff semi final 2nd leg.We have a 3-0 first leg lead so 'should' be a forgone conclusion but we will see and we have a complete 10,000 sell out for the first time this season

Amazing, I remember these two contesting an FA Cup final in 1987, well technically AFC Wimbledon didn't but you know what I mean.
Well done to the Dons for making it back into the league, not bad for what was a pub team back in 2002 !!

ScoobyTC, I was going to write to you during the week but I've hardly slept or felt like talking about the match since we got to the final.
It was a hard fought match yesterday, and as an AFC Wimbledon supporter I am over the moon. But send you commiserations and wish you the best for next year.
Both teams were unlucky not to have scored in regular time and ET, but it felt like we could have played all night and I don't think either of us would have won it, but penalties are so harsh. Every time you attacked I thought you were going to score. It was a nerve racking match for both sets of fans, and I am sure like you the start of the penalties was a horrible feeling.
Keep the faith ScoobyTC!!
Regards,
Chris.

cheers guys, yes it was a nerve jangling match and we should have had a stonewall penalty but aparently the ref played advantage which came to nothing, also hit the inside of the post with a great header but AFCW also wasted 3 guilt edged chances in the dying moments but never mind we are getting closer
Playoff semi losers last year, playoff final losers this year has to be our year next season surely
