My brother is over the moon with his, he tried to call the gas board but ended up speaking to God, who gave him the number of a Genie that granted him three wishes.

My sister is complaining of a bad echo when she is using it and she says she can only hear her voice, I think that's a women thing though 
Not sure whether that's hands free or phone or both but I'll report back.
What I do know is that she is returning it because she doesn't like the reception and the echo. She reports that the screen and camera are excellent but as a phone it just doesn't work.
