I personaly dont call mine a scooby or anyone elses,but the mrs calls mine the RB3 in her sexy caribbean voice when we are out.

I know a few over here that use the word REX, and that's fine i suppose but all over Europe they know what the word Scooby means.

I don`t mind it tbh, I refer to mine as the Scoob, or Scooby.

Its a Marmite thing, but majority of people I know all call them Scoobies.

Don't see nothing wrong with calling a Subaru a Scoob or Scooby as it's shorter and quicker to say.
Just like the yanks call it a Subie.
Everyone does it regardless of what model car they own, Mitsi, CTR, Pug, Beemer, Porker etc

I DO cringe however, when I see people with Scooby-Doo toys in their cars, or a scooby Doo logo on the numberplate!
