If you saw people taking swipes at your race or religon I'm pretty sure you would show up too.

In regards to areas that are heavily populated by a certain race it doesn't mean you as a Brit ain't welcome. I'm from north London it's mixed you will meet peole from places you've never heard of and I think is great as I like to mix with anyone as you can learn things from them you can advice them they can advice you about holidays ect it's brilliant.

Me and a few of my mates some Greek irish and English all White Apart from me we sometimes go to Luton bury park east London or even for west London. Which have a large Asian commuinty. I've noticed by us going down there eating and mingeling with people you get to know them and they tend to make an effort as they know your not form around there. I've never heard or seen anyone been unwelcoming towards us or swear racist slurs at us.

That's simply cause we don't assum we go there eat or go to a nice cafe, pub ect, now if we went there and thought we were hard and acted like ***** we'd proberly get clubberd and rightly so. That will happen anywhere my advice to you ian is don't be scared to travel go take your bird to a proper indian in an Indian area and I'll think you will change your view. Just cause the guy has a beard and is Muslim doesn't make him dangerous just cause u see a rasta man with dred locks don't make him a yardie meaning gangster. It's big world out there go out and enjoy it son

Lets get one thing straight I am in no way racist I have worked in places around the world you haven't even heard of and the roughest of places in the UK come no where near to some of the holes i've worked. I think there is something wrong with your quotes Ian, could be SN on the fritz though.

To pick up on your last comment, when a lot of the Asians and Afro Caribbean's came some 40+ or so years ago came to the UK we had 12 million less population and work avaliable + nowhere near the welfare system that we have now, people came here to work and contribute knowing that if there was no work it was proper hard times for them, very little money and help avaliable. People came to work, not to get on the benefits gravy train.


We now have a larger population, currently the most densely packed in Europe. This is not good.

We have EU migrants now supposedly British coming into the UK who can claim from our system from day 1 for JSA and even housing. They have full access to our healthcare and education systems which in most cases are infinately better than what they have back in the 'old country' and this to the detrement of the Brits already here. We already have 2.7 million unemployed in the UK so how on earth can we be accepting migrants from the EU - Oh that's right, because the EU tells us to...

Please, no one harp on about home grown scum and scroungers, two wrongs do not make a right and get the lazy carreer/lifstyle benefits dependants' out to work, if only for thier benefit money as payment.
