i used a dremel and made some cuts. works fine!

 

Has any1 got a drivers side backing cover for a v1 1993 impreza. Need one due to induction kit now fitted and wet weather!! needed asap or cant really drive!

how about the mini scoop??
im running a front mount ic with a cone filter directly underneath the mini vent scoop on drivers side with the passenger side blanking cover left in place as i thought the same cos water does **** onto fuse box and battry

surely the mini scoop would just act like a funnel in a heavy down poor when the car is moving.

 

the key to that is i dont drive it in heavy rain lmao. it is a track and weekend car really.
just wondered if any tests had been done with one on cos it did seem to pull harder but that could be in my mind due to having a new gizmo lol
