Great advice on wheels and tyre size. Rota G-Force 17x8 with 235/45 R17 fit a treat on my 03STi as you said they would. Managed an 11.4 at the Pod on Saturday so well pleased.

Trial fit although a bit of a hard ride

18x8.5s et48 running 225,40,18s strait fitment
18x9 et35s running 225,40,18 (suspension may have to be adjusted to get heights right as if to low you MAY get some rubbing on the rear while hard driving )
18x9.5s et38 running 225,40,18 (these tyres will be stretched)
