I guess it was another day hauling them in on Dawnbreaker, and you have been too exhausted to do a report?

 

Lol was a bit of a step back to reality !! Though it is getting better , we had 6 cod to 7llb 2 oz & half a dozen Roker ( Great these are starting to show ) And as few whiting

A great day indeed , well it beat going to work anyhow

Oh & Jim & Dave both blanked again !!

 

Well it's getting better & better every trip We see 20 Skate on the boat the best @ 13llb in turn it took the money ( well done Trevor again !! ) We also had just a couple of cod the best again just about 6llb

Well done to John B & Nat for catching 4 skate each

The rest shared out between a few others i had 1 @ 10llb , ESB 30 x 1 Hales x1

Well rothers & i just nicked a couple of places on Trevor the crewman's party today

As normal meet @ just gone 6am left the berth @ 7am , Headed out 40 mins past the windmills , then another 40 mins on from that !!

Boat returned 25 Roker to 9llb , 4 Cod to 10.4llb , 1 Bass to 9llb , & far to many dog fish ( oh yes they are here again ) Still at least they kept me entertained , i may have well fish in the kennels !!

Yet another awesome , fantastic , wicked , brilliant day & the sunshine wasn't bad either

Even 30 miles off shore it was if we were still sat on the mooring

What a stonking day !!

Yum ... Think Paul enjoyed his day mate ( 6 Roker , filleted & skinned ) & returned home in one piece buddy

His 6 made up for the boats total of 45 Roker 1 @ 14llb , " @ 10llb , 1 @ 9llb the others all 3 - 8llb

Hales chipped in with 5/6 good Roker , The ICF Boys had a rather nice tally of fish with Dave taking the kitty £55 with the 14 pounder

Enjoyed my first ever skate/roker last night, expertly caught and cooked by the Squirrel. Lovely.

 

Ah that's great mate , bleedin lovely isn't it At Asda's it's £5 llb & he took home alot of poundage !!

I got a lovely couple of bass caught on my fair lady yesterday that i was hoping to get on the bbq some time today

Maybe tomorrow then

Just as well as we got a night on the lash friday

 

Had a little ride to Newhaven Saturday for a bit of wreck fishing

Hales & Moley done well











Great day fellas

 

 

Well after a bit of a heavy night ( Blame Hales again !! ) Got in pi$$ed @ 1.05am , then set the alarm for 5.15am god yes that hurt !!

Still after a few cups of tea & coffee & a nice gut buster breakfast @ 6.30am things were starting to improve

On the boat for 7am & heading up river , as the weather & the forecast w3as good , Rod decides to push off shore again & we steam out for a good 2 1/2 hrs !!

We arrive @ the fishing ground to be greeted by a trawler of course this had been through & smashjed up the ground , scooped up the fish & any others that srvived had all fooked off

So we try a few more marks & a few more !! Now not to many miles from Belgium again !!

We ended up with 15 decent Roker , 1 trillion gogfish & a couple opf hounds

Again a great day & of course the banter was top notch , politics was the order of the day

Posh pete took the kitty again with a good roker
