TBH that's normal figures for your mods without the intake, but I bet it makes a nice noise none the less!

It would be interesting to see how the filters perform after a few months use. I suspect the ones still performing good will be the ones letting all the crap in the engine...

Default cosworth filter

I have a 2000 turbo awd and have a cosworth filter and walpro 255 fuel pump! Am i better off fitting both at the same time aND REMAPPING OR CAN I JUST PUT THE FILTER IN WITHOUT REMAPPING ANTILL I HAVE THE TIME WITHOUT CAUSING ANY ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE???

Filters don't need remapping, fuel pump 100% yes.

Thought fuel pump would only take as much as its told no matter what its rated to max.

To get any "Real" benefit from it you would need a map of course same with filter.
