WR1 Boost?
Hey,
well my car is actually an 03 STi UK car.... I have put on it a WR1 ECU,Prodrive sports cat, prodrive back box, prodrive 3 port boost solenoid and the fuel pump from the same WR1.
As I say it was running perfectly at around 8 degrees or above, but when the cold came and got bellow 6 I started getting this noise.
I'm in Sheffield,JCT35 off the M1... if your anywhere near I wouldn't mind giving you some fuel money to come and have a nosey.
thanks,Ben

just wondering....
could the standard intercooler hose be the problem? I'm not sure if the WR1 came with the prodrive Y pipe? if so...how would one of those fit onto my TMIC? mine is like the pic bellow..

No difference as far as I am aware in the std STi and WR1 intercooler hose. The Y piece is on the WRX TMIC. The STi just has a simple 90 degree bend to the turbo outlet.
See you later Ben - can chat then.
