**** Little update ***
Started work again on the car on my own and got a bit done. Alternator, power steering pump, coil packs, carbon filter, most of the water pipe works, header tanks etc. I managed to remove the backbox and centre section and then some very helpful mates turned up
After that the ECU went and then the hard part. The turbo !! And as bloody usual, one bolt refused to come off

Anyway it was nearly dark and in fact the last bolt came off in total darkness with a light to guide us. But finally the downpipe and turbo are off
Will take pictures of those parts not sold and off now and will post up a bit on the turbo for all those interested in it

The turbo is in very good condition and it was me that helped remove it. It has absolutely no movement in the shaft and it certainly didn't smoke
Sadly a few bolts in the up pipe died in the process of removing it though

wow swiss I'm loving those car mats and the boot mat, what kind of deal could you do for the whole lot?
Also my petrol cap flap won't open via the mechanism in the car. Apparently I need a spring or something. Could you take a picture so I can see what part I need then if you have it sell it to me?/
Thank you

Thank you

They are nice aren't they

I can sell the whole lot for £120 + courier of £10
Best to use courier like fed-ex or DHL with the postal strikes
I can also take a picture of the fuel filler cap when I get the chance

My other half says no to the mats

Says I will only get bubble gum or dog doo doo on them judging by my past experience. Suppose he has a point. Gotta stick with my £14.99 ones.

No rush on the fuel filler flappy thing. I've managed with my bit of cardboard for this long. Would like to get it sorted though so may give you gentle reminders lol.

I assume it is tucked away behind a cover ??
If so I will have to remove the back wheel to have a look

Sorry guys, been dying on the sofa with man flu !! Have not had the chance to really take any more parts off the scoob or ship out stuff, but hopefully feeling a little bit better today so will start packing up stuff again and sending it out.
Don't suppose you had a chance to take pictures of the petrol flap so I can see what part I'm missing?
Went to the petrol station last night and had to ask the assistant to pull my lever whilst I opened my flap
!
Its embarrasing

Here are the pictures
In this first pic you see the white button that if you press you can hear the mechanical noise of the switch being depressed by the drivers front seat. If that is not working then you have no hope

Then the actual latch itself

Hope that helps
Now tell your other half to shruuupppp and buy my mats
Awww Swiss you are a star, thank you sooooo much
Ok the white thing goes in and out so the switch thing works in the car, it just doesn't flick it open. Will check mine tonight see whats missing.
I kept trying with the mats but hes just bought me a lovely red dress for xmas so I'm happy now
