Matt what you need is a good long run out in that new scoob when you get it to deepest Hertfordshire. After you`ve buftied yours of course and you can do our bug. If you want to pm us a price for a proper job.

I can't take the credit for the photography though. That was Dave68's work

your call mate, you know the car and know your stuff. you tell me what you think i need. as for budget have no idea what this sort of stuff costs so again you tell me what you think is best and i will go with that. as long as it's not silly ŁŁŁŁŁ's
i'll put you something together and pm it over
It's not all going to plan
Seller is now saying that he's got other people after it and offering more money.
I like the car but not paying more than I've already agreed. Wish my bank would hurry up! Will I ever end up in another scoob

From: Back in Diesel wonderland - 3.0 TDi Quattro A4, with more toys than Ann Summers...lol

I'd be tempted to tell him to stick it and look for another.
Sounds like a tw@t trying to get a few moreŁ's out of you.
Been without one for ages Matt surely you can wait a little longer.
That's the way I'm leaning. Fiesta has done me proud this long it'll carry doing it for a while yet.

From: Daily drive is a Scoob again - just what it should be!
As above - if you shook on it & agreed a price & the guys now asking for more I'd walk away - clearly the guy's a tw@t!
If it is not meant to be then leave it - the right one is out there waiting......
..........and will be better!!

If you really want to maintain the finish go with a quality wax that Matt recommends & also pat dry the car. Depending on where you live using a leaf blower is the best way to dry the car

I find that leaf blowing the car has maintained the look considerably but really depends if you are able to use one.

other commitments.
