Ermm hence why i said pretty big not debating that he wasnt the greatest showman ( hence my other comments on his professional life and his contribution to music as we now know it).

He was a MUSIC superstar, but a kooky one who screwed up his personal life in fantastic fashion, and unfortunately to some it was a detriment to his musical achievements. I think it is sad that someone else in the public eye who died through such a terrible disease was scrapped totally from the news apart from a couple of mentions that she happened to die on the same day as MJ, someone who paid off a 13 yr old kid with $20million on a child abuse charge!!

Anyway, moving on...

we watched the jacko thingon itv tonight..it's only when you see his different songs and videos that you fully comprehend what his musical abilities were- legend. Growing up in the 80's i didnt really think of him being around in the 60's and 70's singing!!! Credit where credit is due - his music will go on in history, but alas his murky private life will follow. More so now if it is true he 'accidentally' OD on prescription meds.
