Amacus have agreed the deal - or, should I say, recommended acceptance to their members.

The other Union have recommended rejection.

 

I'm currently in one of the arms of Amacus, as they did recently join with the T&G to form Unite if my sources are correct (well my Union rep from Leeds). I shall hopefully learn plenty more as I've been told when I start my apprenticeship I have the job of shop steward if I want it due to my previous knowledge and experiences with former employers. Looks like I'll be more popular on here

The fact that you keep mentioning active supports the idea that you have had more than just this account. The pslewis account had 25,555 posts to it's name, so yeah, I do feel justified in saying you spend far too much time on here!

Back to this topic though, and the many others you have started. Are you EVER going to justify any of your claims?

 

What I mean, is, you have completely lied about been offered a 6% Payrise and then when questioned about which Union, totally back tracked and acted like a child, when in reality it is a very simple question considering you started the topic, a few of us have even checked most Unions which you alleged to be a part of.

I can only assume that -

1. you have been offered a payrise of some sort but do not want to disclose the Union as this would not fit in with the fantasy job you claim to have on here

2. it is deliberately false claim to be part of a Union as your career does not warrant one, Unions are usually associated with a profession/professionals.

3. trying to claim you have the upper hand, i.e we are in a recession and lots of people are taking paycuts and getting laid off, but you are trying to appear like your chosen 'profession' is in demand, so indirectly implied, you are in demand.

In any case, it is very odd.
