The result doesn't make any sense unless........
In fact Susan Boyle won the vote by a country mile. The support for a dance act would have been split between Flawless and Diversity with Diversity just edging it.
So nice Mr Cowell wonders which act would come over better on an American chat show? A no-brainer of course.
So, surprise, surprise Boyle is edged into second place. But Cowell will see her right with an album of twee songs for Christmas and a year's supply of cat food

Simon Cowell making any comments about peoples appearance is taking the p155 a bit - just because not everyone has orange skin, tippexed teeth and some bizarre pubic hair transplant onto their head, doesn't make them less attractive than him !
He really is a **** though, what will he be remembered for ? certainly not bringing the world great talent, supporting cutting edge music or discovering anything earth shattering.
He'll be remembered as the bloke who sold his soul to try and force the lowest, most commercial and artistically bankrupt forms of music onto the lowest common denominator marketplace ( while charging them all £1.50 per minute for the privilege ).
And before anyone starts - I dont care how many millions he has, or how many homes in different countries - the man is basically Satan, only without the style.

I dont know why Stavros was so funny - it was just a fat greek bloke messing about with his fat kid, but for some reason it was great !
The news today seems to be full of reports of Susan Boyle having gone off on one last night and being sectioned ( now getting treatment for 'exhaustion' in the Priory ) - not really surprising as she is obviously a bit backwards, and used to living a very quite life, and all of a sudden shes chucked in a fancy hotel and surrounded by Cowells lawyers trying to get her to sell her soul.
In fact, I have decided that if Cowell, Hitler and Bin Laden were on fire, and I only had enough p155 for two people, Cowell would have to come up with a really convincing reason not to be left to burn.

What is it with that wink ? has he got some sort of medical condition, or does he think that by winking all the time we'll believe he actually has an ounce of sincerity in his perma tanned body ?

I watched the final as the wife is pretty hooked. The one thing that really REALLY annoys is when theres someone singing some opera type song and they cut to Amanda with this look on her face as if shes "Feeling" the music and "Understands" the music like its talking to her soul - then we get the odd tear with a half decent number.
And that red dress did nothing for her and gave her droopy boobies. I still would obviously but that was my observation.
