We too would just like to say THANK YOU to everyone involved for making this such a great day!! Even HIM upstairs for holding back on the rain & sending some great sunshine (I have a pink nose to match Spallys pink toes!)

Thanks to Flat Eric for the organisation & to Scooby Sue too

Also a huge well done to Spally for being a great commentator - though not sure how many times you said standard whilst Ark was driving round!!

Well done to Brian & Tracy for winning the trip to France (I'll put my duty free order in later!! )


Congratulations to Tiny for beating the tough competition to win Best In Show
- and to Flat Eric, Kev D, Scooby Sue & the black classic owner for drawing for second place!!

Some excellent cars, fab company, brilliant weather & all in all a great day.

Rounded off with a great meal and watching KevD fielding in the pub carpark (who else was waiting to see what was going to happen if the ball came too close??)

Can't wait until the next one.....................!

 

Was nice to finally meet a few of you yesterday

 

Great to see all the ESC posse again...........these days, it seems like our two clubs only meet up once or twice a year, which is a shame!

Shame we couldnt make it, Had (well still is) the house in piece's, painting is soooo daunting, Still have 20 odd spindles to paint on the new bannisters. Then door frames etc etc. will it ever end.

 

In a word NO - you forgot to mention you also have a race car to paint...........!


Also ment to say it was great to meet you properly at long last Andy - and the family! Hope to see you at The Lodge soon................after all Chloe did enjoy the bouncy castle!!

Yeah good to catch up Rob & great to see Jimmy as well , ok we both may not have the enthusiasm that we all had back in 2004/05 when as both clubs we took on the world but as we both agreed both clubs now have fresh blood coming through & the ESC & SC are both continuing to grow

 

Still keep to myself while thinking of the dodgy ESC Ladies looking into the tombola thingy & seeing all the open raffle tickets with the numbers ending in 0 & 5 ( Winning tickets ) God you want to see the toot we brought home !!

was a great day people,that is until i had an argument with a crash barrier sideways on the a12 and smashed my beloved scoobs to bits

thankfully we were all a bit shaken up but otherwise ok

anyway was good to be part of it and will be back soon

 

What a nightmare that , still glad everyone involved is ok , sure you guys will get it back together sharpish

Thanks to all the gang for making it a fantastic day out, I thoroughly enjoyed it. As said previously; good company, nice relaxing day spent with friends in the sunshine. Rounded off perfectly with a meal at the pub.........it's what Sundays are all about.

I did get a touch sun burst yesterday though...... you could seriously fry and egg on my chest today.

Really chuffed to win the Mini Cruise.........duty free anyone?

exactly mate - we do what we do for the "club" after all, not just ourselves - as long as our respective clubs continue to thrive and survive, even if we're not as involved from a personal point of view, then we're doing our jobs OK
