Anyone know what the speaker connection colours are on a 97MY UK 4-door?

I fitted some new front speakers the other day and realised that the speaker connections coming off the loom in the door are not the same as those coming out of the radio ISO connector. ie front left is green and green with black stripe (+,-)from Radio but loom in door is brown and white and green and white.

Also how do you know the front and rear speakers are in phase with each other as
the rear speakers have yet another colour code on the connectors.

I guess I could be less lazy and get the multimeter out...but does anyone know?????
