No mate, theyre about 8 years old and i havent seen a set for years. Came from Japan if i remember correctly.

Well we've had a very successful morning.
Simon has been to set up the cars running in map and after a few tweeks is running beautifully. Absolutely delighted with how it runs and drives at the moment.
Cant wait to get some more miles on it. All her temps and pressures are solid and its feels and sounds fantastic.
Really pleased, so far so good

Thanks alot Si, she wouldnt be running without you though. I guess it all kinda came home today at just how much id missed it. To see it sat there under the petrol station and not on my drive was just awesome.
Looking back now through all the documented work thats gone into it, it really starts to hit home at just how much ive done to the car. Not just the engine. I mean i bought it 1000% standard and the whole car has been built by myself.

I do really hope it does the businesss come rollers time.

Nice one good to see it up and running. Its a nice feeling when you have done it all yourself makes it all worthwhile. I feel like that every year when the car rolls out the garage and you think you know what all the hours in a freezing garage were actaully worth it.

First oil change done and 170 miles later she drives lovely.

Been a busy boy today fitting these. Ride is very compliant but she needs a geometry setup, also need new camber bolts as the tangs broke off the rears

Still, she drives fine for guesstimated geomtry lol

And before anyone says about my rusty roll bar and mounts, theyre all coming off for powdercoat along with teh rear calipers for a freshen up

Iain, theyre variant 3s that ive had sat here for 2 years since they were eventually ordered and made.

I have no idea what rates etc they were but were valved for the nurburgring iirc. Took an absolute bloody age to get them too.

Theyre very very nice to drive on, much smoother than my STi dampers/whiteline spring combo.

Guys,

Here we have my full set of genuine STI7 inverted struts for sale. These have only been removed from my car due to upgrade. The dampers themselves are in excellent condition with only the usual surface rust on them.

The pistons and seals themselves have no damage or leaks and have never knocked or rattled. They have done 40k from new on my car and are very tight to drive on.

The springs are Whiteline Flatouts and have done 18k on my car, again, no damage at all except the notoious Whiteline, powdercoat flaking off and surface rust.

I also have a full set of OEM STI springs that came with the car and the OEM front topmounts. These are in exceptional condition and were removed at 22k miles.

The car has never been in any kind of accident and all these are straight, honest and true.

Jap performance sells the dampers and OEM springs for £400..

I want £250 for the lot collected from Essex.

Heres a pic of my car sat on the above setup, it handled UK roads beautifully.

Bargain your car sits at a nicer ride height on those whiteline springs than mine does on the prodrive ones
