You may be able to fit flat centre caps depending on the diameter of yours.
They look fine even without but caps would add protection to the wheel bearings IMHO when e.g. jetwashing the wheels.
I've fitted these to my Prodrives

I quite like it without to be honest but the flat ones are my favourite of all the RAYS caps.

Still trying to decide if I should change the wheel colour or not lol

I can understand the difficulty in choosing as both colours look good.
Why not keep them as they are until you are bored of them then change colour?

Just read the whole thread over the last few days, the car is outstanding and my favorite part is the sound This has given me more inspiration to sort my black prodrive bugeye. I may not get to the spec that you have but my aim is to get it somewhere near as tidy. I'll slowly strip parts clean them up or replace as required. Hopefully see the bomber in the flesh one day, frayz you're an inspiration

Cheers for the feedback guys.

I've been so busy I haven't even fitted proper tyres to them yet. It's a pain as I want to get some decent photos of it on the Volks.

New wheels and only driven once around the block in 3 weeks :-/

Had the car up on stands as the wheels were getting the Michelins put on.
Naturally the new Volks got clayed, polished and waxed.
Glad I did as they came up pretty nice.

While she was up on stands I decided to drop the arch liners and give her a good scrub. Dropped the discs off to clean them up too. The front calipers are getting an overhaul this winter and the rear Brembos are getting sold.

However a mishap with the pressure washer meant I managed to rip some paint clean off my front fog cover.

With that done I figured they would need re painting anyway so decided to redesign the intake ducts up front for something a bit more aggressive.

So the covers have had the chop and will get all new designed ducts grafted in.
You'll see they have been cut inline with the flutes on the Prodrive covers.

A bit more work stripping the car of gauges.

All the Defis are now sold and so are the steering column mounted wideband and act.
The dash will be all coming out for a refresh soon anyway so wasn't bothered about the mess. Lol

Good to see you earlier mate, a daunting task you've taken on (in my eyes anyway ).

Still not 100% convinced with the wheels but they do look better in the flesh than in the pics.

Likewise mate, glad you dropped by. Knew you'd like my wheels better in the metal. Wait till after the winter when I've changed a few things and tell me what you think then.

What bit is daunting you? Lol

shame to lose all the gauges, kinda suited the car, especially the cowl mounted ones

can definately see the benefit of changing to the toucan though, less to keep your eye on!

Be very interesting to hear your view on the Toucan, it's on my list for next month hopefully.

How do you plan to mount it?
