Right,

finally managed to get this fitted today.

brake spec to start with k-sport 8 and 6 pots 330mm grooved discs all round, goodridge braided hoses and ferodo ds2500 pads

Bad points to start with, there was no instructions in the package which was unfortunate, also missing the bolt that goes into the strut next to the boost solenoid and the one at the bottom of the big bracket next to the master cylinder, and i believe there should have been some sort of alloy bracket aswell which was not there. (am managing without at the minute)

hopefully chris can sort this out for me please

Good points:
after big brake kit was fitted i had very good heavy braking but there was quite alot of pedal travel to begin with before it started biting, after fitting the brake stopper pedal feel is now instant and i can brake hard from the go

so i think it was 40 quid well spent as i now have more confidence to brake later and harder into the corner.

Cheers

Rich

Hi Rich ,

Thank for you comments, I did say that we was having trouble with our printer and if you let me know your email I would of sent you over instructions that way

The alloy mounting piece is not needed, if we got them made up it would of put the price up even more, and I was trying to keep it as low as poss,

If there was a missing bolt, I am sorry .... let me know if you need anything and i'll send them to you

chris

I can't currently offer these at group buy prices , 1 because I don't have enough stock 2 , because we have traders also selling these and it wouldn't be fair on them

If you send me a email on info@cdfracing.co.uk I will do you a slightly better deal than our website prices

thanks chris
