Insurance jobs mate

House insurance average excess £20-£75...they send in the "Broken" xbox they've just bought or whatever item, claim on house home contents, and they get brand new or equivalent back. Well thats how its always been explained to me, lol

ive heard that works and few of my friends have done that and sorted it, what i dont understand is how does the wrapped in a towel part make a difference and how exactly does it fix it????
