so atm im stuck with -£150 and some mirrors that dont fit

 

I personally know M535i and he would never try ripping people off on here but if this does turn out as bad as it's looking I get the feeling that people will blame him for it when it was for reasons beyond his control.

And for that reason I will never run a group buy on Scoobynet

 

Im not saying he tried to rip anyone off, as he's down on the deal too.

Okay then....clever cloggs. Checked the tracking info? Its international shipment ! and what happens when you have a set of mirrors being delivered to you. File all the claims you want, no one is getting refunded untill the first set of mirrors have been delivered, end of!

 

Not interested anymore, its become a **** take as I wanted them before the new year!

I would rather pay a £100 extra and deal with someone a little more straight up.

You do not need to refund me, paypal themselves will take care of that.

 

I will wait to friday and if M535I does have the mirrors then I will do a paypal claim.

Also remember that Harry007 must send my mirrors to M535I. So he can send them to Sweden.

 

For a start they arnt in stock, theyre direct from the supplier in China.

I can't believe that story,
I am a scoobynet member for about 6 years, and i have bought many things through group buys or from other scoobynet members. I always have in mind that British are the most trusted people in Europe so i always try to buy many things from UK on ebay to, without any problem so long.
I demand to know accurately when the mirrors are going to be posted to my address in Athens and the tracking number from the package until Friday morning.

 

if there has been a set sent to me where are they ? proof of delivery ?
i feel so bad this has gone like this .
Im contacting the people who run sn try get his adresses so i can forward this to the police see if there is anything they can do .

 

makes me sick to see things like this on here !!!

i sincerely hope you all get a swift resolve and Harry Haroon Swindler gets his cumuppance!!

times are hard enough for people right now without being put through this load of stress.

my "hindsight" recommendations = use an authorised trader on here or at least someone credible !!

the added bonus is that at least you still have a set of mirrors you can see out of!!!

M535I you have tracking number, check your email. Again..I'm not gonna argue anything...too many keyboard hero's online. Kevin..await for you to recieve your mirrors..and as repeated before, when he's satisfied..all other mirrors will follow..or refunds.

I think you will find that peoples change in heart is down to:

1) Your lack of feedback.
2) Your lack of sympathy to those who have paid you their hard earned money and got nothing but excuses and delays.

Coming on here wth your attitude is achieving nothing but to alienate those whom have paid you good money. Its about time you got your act together and finalised this now. I have your address from one of your eBay customers and will post it on this topic tomorrow if all is not finalised.

 

Hello. Have you not read a thing I have wrote in the past days? M535I is going to be recieving the mirrors, he will confirm tracking in a little while. I am not sending out 13 mirrors and the possibility of them not fitting properly, and then paying for return shipments and full refunds on top. Do you not see I'm trying to avoid any problem.

Make myself crystal clear Again: M535I is going to recieve a set of mirrors any moment, as soon as he gives the go ahead...the rest of the mirrors will follow. Simple as. You cant give me a deadline of tomorrow, let M535I recieve his mirrors please. Nevertheless they should be with him today or tomorrow.

I had to put your account under investigation to get you to even reply to these people as you apparently took two weeks off. Understandable at Xmas but a note to say that was happening would have stopped all these folk becoming anxious. I also noted that you were in fact browsing ScoobyNet during this period.

Then after one reply on the 4th you disappear for another whole 9 days. Again, still browsing, just not replying. How do you expect people to react?

Finally you get these mirrors and have allegedly posted a set to the GB organiser. So where are they? Posted on the 12th or 13th they should surely be there by the 13th/14th? Its the 15th now.

Since you now officially state they shoudl be wwith him today or tomorrow i will relax my deadline to Saturday Afternoon so its in your interest to ensure that he recieves his mirrors. For reference, I can have any parcel that size with anyone on mainland Uk by 9am tomorrow, and thats not because i run a sucessfull mail order company, anyone who can access a post office before 4:3-pm tonight can use the same service. I see from your postcode you have one very close to you. Thats good to know.

I assure you I am less happy about my involvement in this than you are. I would much rather the members be happy and the GB work very well Mr Malik.
