lol well its only been a few years for me. I do enjoy it though. Not looking to be hench myself...lol, just keep toned.

Juice is really into it aswell, a bit too much somethimes but there you go...personally I think its good but not when it takes over everything that you do unless your looking to go pro

 

It is hard not to get obsessed, that is the nature of the beast. You are right though unless you are looking to go pro, there needs to be a balance that can be quite hard to find.

This is the owner of the gym she competes qutie regularly and puts most of the guys in the gym to shame

Im sorry but that is quite unattractive to me!

BUT Fair play to her, thats what she wanted to pursue and she has done very well at it.
Its hard for a woman to compete like that and it takes alot to look like that so I'm glad to see her representing...just not my cup of tea though.

Are you looking to compete or is it just a fitness/hobby thing?? Or to pull of course...

 

Na not into women like that at all, prefer them just a touch more feminine and not having the ability to bench press me

My aim is to add half a stone of lean muscle a this year, if that happens then I may look to compete in a couple of years. I do not know If I could do the dieting though as that really messes you up and I love my food too much

The pulling part goes without saying, the pecs moving up and down is always a winner with the ladies

The food thing defo hard! its too much of a strict diet...You live once so enjoy it! Be healthy but the occasional comfort food is defo needed!

Im a bit of a soppy romantic when it comes to things like that.

In all honesty I have never trained to impress the ladies or anyone else, it has always been so I would be happy with the reflection looking back at me in the mirror.....
