i agree with the mental winds took the 1.5 bullet to the highest point at hadleigh castle and couldnt belive the pull i got from just that but i was having so much fun i didnt relise how wet i was till i packed up

looks like there was to much wind yesterday and not enough today

 

Today was struggle with wind at times but a great learning curve to be had.

Personally for me i feel as though today was one of my best days yet. I think i have made some serious progress today and was pulling 180s,360s without too much fass and managed to go backwards for quite some time, turn around still backwards and continue in the opposite direction.

Had a stonking day on the Blade, without doubt my new favorite kite, i will most deffo be completing a quiver of blades now.

Also:

Ive lost a glove, its a (Black) endura mountain bike glove. Can you all please check you kit to see if anyone might have it.

Lol, yeah mate, seen it. No good for freestyle im afraid.

Been seatbelt shopping today, got some 50mm webbing, quick release, some stainless ****** rings and have ordered some stainless belt adjusters.

Now all i gotta do is get the bits stitched etc.

Cant wait, absolutely stoked after yesterdays Blade session. Deffo gonna get the rest of the quiver

No mate, a rash top is completely different. A rash top is just lycra and wont provide you any warmth out of the water im affraid.

 

Well, did some more shopping this morning and set to work.

Here are the fruits of my labour, belt feels nice and the clam-cleat action work really nice too. Decided to use the piston type on the belt for now and see how i get on with it. Although there have been some horror stories about them not releasing under load. Everyone i have spoken to that actually uses one has never had an issue.

All fasteners are stainless and stitch/whip/heatshrink where applicable.

And yes im sure i want to strap in
