think they have moved over to the flexi forum as not to bore to many people on here about kites but after one day i can see the buzz and cant wait to get out again myself

 

huge winds yesterday, you nutters!!!

 

managed to break and brake line on the 3m after about 4 hours, so that wasn't much fun as the kite produced a death spin until fozzie jumped on it for me.

then the 4m was just too lethal!!! so i packed it away again.....

another great day and the 3 man close buggy racing was just unreal... imagine ben hur with kites.... oh and 3 of us screaming like kids!!!

Got a few good runs on the board, although could be frustrating getting it going in the blustery winds.

Had my first big off too! Didn't hurt so that might actually boost my confidence a bit.

Im sure i do not just speak for me but after yesterdays session i was absolutly cabbaged , Did not even make the START of top gear , Was to busy knocking a few on the ole sofa

But what a fantastic day we had .

My best session ever not one OBE , My intention was to do 20 miles in my buggy yesterday ( Thought this would be ok as Spally was not out ) But i had to give up @ a mere 18.8 Miles totally shot to pieces , Every night i get home & the following morning i think " Dal mate your just to old for this " But the enjoyment i get from it let alone the workout on my body makes me keep going back for more .

Im now counting the days down until next weekend already , Our mentor Shrimpo is taking us to a beach on 6th Dec , So hopefully the PB Top ESC Speed Will be broken

Until then i rule the roost

A Fantastic day was had by all , Foxzzie at one stage was boarding alongside us in the buggy & as for Frayz , Dazza & i buggy racing well i have not seen anything so funny for a long time

Stu after watching these guys yesterday (only popped over for 5 mins) am sure there were/are some aching bones out there.....even if you dont come a cropper, you work muscles you never knew you had!!! lol

Cracking pics Daz.

Im in some real pain today with my stomach muscles, or what "should" be my stomach muscles. I think ive found muscles that have never ever been used before.
Spoke to Shrimpo today and asked him why im in so much pain lol. He said its because that now im using a harness, all the effort my arms used to do is now beng done by my core stomach muscles lol. Never felt these being used yesterday lol.

Man i can hardly standtup/sit down today lol

Awesome day though and without doubt is made so good by the friends i spend it with. Roll on next weekend

no worries tiny i was only joking fella.

unpacked all my boxes and then realised i dont have any grease etc for the nuts, the guy adivsed i give them a coating. lol So mocked it up tonight just to make sure i knew what i was doing and it went ok, guy sent me some very good assembling notes. So now got to wait until the shops open tomorrow to get some grease
